Hey guys, here's the deal. I am a very opinionated person. Every post will have something that I'll rave about and something that I'll rant about. Please post something that you would like me to post about and I'll decide whether I want to rant/rave about it.
I put "twenty-something-year-old" in my blog's name because I don't want to put the age I am now (23) and then in 3 months have the wrong age on it. I figured the blog name kinda sounds quirky too.
So, thanks for checking out my new blog. Let's get this show on the road.
RAVE
My little sister has a blog that I absolutely LOVE!! It is so creative. She likes to sew so she talks about sewing and posts pictures of her art. She also has a thing she calls "Flashback Friday". She talks about something from when she was growing up and posts old pics. She is also a very talented photographer. Check out her blog at http://aglanceatmyworld.blogspot.com/.
My dad also has a blog at http://www.whynotinbranson.blogspot.com/. He writes about old stars and why he thinks they should be performing in Branson. My family loves Branson and has been visiting there for years.
I had to give shout outs to my family's blogs in my first post. Maybe they will do the same for me? ;)
RANT
The new movie Cloverfield. I thought it was going to be so cool. It was filmed from the view of someone in the movie walking around with a video camera. I was so naseous and even had to walk out of the theatre for about 15 minutes. It also ended very abruptly. People were just sitting there in the theatre and some people started asking if it was over.
I think the movie could have been a lot better if they film it as a documentary. Then they could have went into more detail about the monster. I wanted to know what exactly it was, where it came from, why it was on Earth, did it die, how many people did it kill, etc? I just like absolutes in movies. I hate to leave not knowing the main things in a movie, the who, what, when, where, and why.
On the bright side, some people were saying it was better than The Blair Witch Project. I've never seen it though.
There we go, my first post. I'll see you guys in my next post.

Looks like it will be interesting.
