The loves of my life

RAVE

I have 3 awesome dogs in Tyler. I call them the loves of my life. Today I will be raving about my dogs.

<--That is Dolly. She is Chris's 3 1/2 year old Golden Retriever. She's a great dog. She LOVES it when people come over because she begs for attention and she usually gets it.

This is my baby, Katie. -->

She is a 4 year old Sheltie. Chris bought her for me right after I moved to Tyler. She is the sweetest thing. She follows me everywhere I go, including the bathroom. She will wait patiently outside the door for me. When I'm home alone I leave the door open and she walks in and sits right in front of me. She has the biggest brown eyes that just beg to be petted. She loves to jump on the couch or bed and snuggle up next to me. She isn't very energetic, which is great for me. She likes to go outside and bark sometimes. Chris says that she is "viciously defending the house". I don't know if I would have adjusted to Tyler as well if Chris hadn't gotten me Katie.

<--This is the latest addition to our family of dogs, Allie. She is a 16-17 week old Collie. We got her at Canton Trade Days. Chris wanted another dog that will play with Dolly, because Katie isn't really active with her. Allie is already doing her job. She wrestles all the time with Dolly. She bites her ears, fur, tail, etc. She thinks that she can take her down, even though Dolly is huge compared to her.

Here are some more pics of our dogs. I LOVE taking pics of them.

RANT

I am going to rag on Chris's dog now. Dolly passes gas really bad. She was really gassy today. All of a sudden I would get a whiff of something rank. She stepped up on the couch where she hangs out and I hear "pfftttt". I had seen online where Golden Retrievers are one of the most gassiest breeds of dogs and I'm a believer. :)

Thanks for the comment on my blog!

My Golden, Torrie (AKA Torrie-the-wonder-dog)is 8-1/2 years old. Except for his white face, he still looks and acts like a puppy - especially when out running on the trails!

A dog walker, I take Clifford Beagle out on the trails almost daily too. I believe he is around two or three. He's really a fun dog and has quite the personality too!

Your dogs are beautiful too!

Woof, woof!!!!
Tails are a waggin' too!
